Decent beds and linen. The hotel has a good design, looks clean and neat. Location is handy, it's near lively areas and tourist attractions. The staff were a plus, they really tried to accommodate our needs.

The hotel room has a small size and as such there is not enough space for people to move around properly. The hotel has a dated and inefficient air conditioning system. It didn't cool down the room. It was also a noisy system, so much so that it disrupted our sleep. the hotel could use a renovation to fix some of these issues.

Staying near the pier was very convenient for us. It was easy to catch a boat to other areas from here. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was spotless and had everything we needed. the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast which had tasty options. There was a pool and entertainment area which was well-maintained.

The hotel was located on a somewhat busy street, so it was a bit noisy at night.

Jula Place is a hidden gem in a nice area, located very close to the pier. The value for money is exceptional, with affordable prices that don't reflect the high standard of the hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with a large fridge and microwave, making it convenient for guests.
